Our guests usually book 2-10 months in advance, and since we only have three villas, availability is limited.

Book with us for either an AGUNG or BALI package (jump to our villa rates page), and you will additionally receive a complimentary upgrade to our best sheets / pillows for your first night with us, an hour each of complimentary spa treatments / massage, plus a special dinner setting with complimentary bottle of wine (food and other beverage prices extra). This special CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other discount or special.

TERMS:

1) 50% advance deposit will be required to confirm and secure a reservation. Please see the contact us / reservations form for more details.

2) Rates/prices, package contents and details are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed once the booking has been confirmed.

3) DAMAGE OR LOSS: If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of a guest in the booking party, the cost to repair or purchase new items will be added to the final account.

4) LIABILITY: The Owner/Agung Bali Nirwana, PT. will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, including exceptional weather conditions and/or acts of nature and force majeure. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest or any member of his or her party during their stay at Agung Bali Nirwana Villas.
